Welcome to Virtual 26&2: Traditional Bikram Method!  This class includes detailed instructions through 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, 2 sets, approximately 90 minutes.  If you need additional heat and humidity, recommendations are to wear adjustable layers including long sleeves and leggings.  Practice Ujayi or ocean breathing technique to support your postures, and this will intensify the "heating" aspect as your ujayi breathing skills progress over time.  Otherwise, consider portable space heating and humidification for your inside practice.  Weather permitting, an outside practice is also fun, with recommended sunscreen.  Don't forget your yoga mat, towel and water as needed.  If you have questions or need additional support, please email us at and we will see you soon!
