Virtual 26&2: Happy Hour Bikram Method 60 Rel2

Welcome to Virtual 26&2 Happy Hour: Traditional Bikram Method!  This class includes detailed instructions through each of 26 postures plus 2 breathing exercises, approximately 60 minutes.  If you need additional heat and humidity, recommendations are to wear adjustable layers including long sleeves and leggings.  Practice Ujayi or ocean breathing technique to support your postures, and this will intensify the "heating" aspect as your ujayi breathing skills progress over time.  Otherwise, consider portable space heating and humidification for your inside practice.  Weather permitting, an outside practice is also fun, with recommended sunscreen.  Don't forget your yoga mat, towel and water as needed.  If you have questions or need additional support, please email us at hotyogartpcarymorr@gmail.com and we will see you soon!
