26&2: BikMeth60min SingleSets with Variation Options

Welcome!  Our 60-minute class includes extended hold single sets, or accelerated challenge with double sets.  This hatha yoga practice includes breathing, stillness, and sit-up transitions between each posture (there are no “vinyasa” or “high-low plank” transitions).  Please bring props if you'd like and we will help you with modifications, including use of the wall.  Demonstration of progression postures is also available, please ask teacher before class.
