26&2: BikMeth60min DoubleSetSequence

Welcome!  Our 60-minute class includes extended hold single sets, OR accelerated challenge with double sets.  This hatha yoga practice includes breathing, stillness, and sit-up transitions between each posture (there are no “vinyasa” or “high-low plank” transitions).  Please bring props if you'd like and we will help you with modifications, including use of the wall.  If you need variations for physical limitations or help with progression postures, please message us at the studio before class and we will help you (919) 410-7330.
